Delivery Method and Timing
AnswerRank reports are digital products delivered through a private customer dashboard as PDF and HTML downloads. After payment confirmation, automated report generation starts immediately. Most reports are delivered in minutes. If generation is delayed by AI provider availability, network errors, or queue volume, delivery may take longer. If the report is not available within 24 hours, contact support.
One-Time Report Refunds
Because AnswerRank reports are digital products generated from live provider usage, completed and delivered reports are generally non-refundable. We may issue a refund if payment was duplicated, the order was charged but report generation could not be completed within a reasonable period, or the customer was charged for a product that could not be delivered.
Generation Failure
If automated generation fails, we will attempt to retry generation or fix the issue. If we cannot deliver the purchased report within 24 hours after support review, the customer may request a refund for that undelivered report.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided when the report has already been generated and made available for download, when the customer entered incorrect or incomplete business inputs, when the customer changes their mind after delivery, or when the customer disagrees with AI evidence or recommendations that were generated from submitted inputs and live providers.
Monthly Monitoring Cancellation
Monthly Monitor renews automatically every month until canceled. Customers may cancel future renewals through Paddle's hosted customer portal from the dashboard when available or from Paddle billing emails. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless Paddle shows a different effective date during cancellation.
Recurring Charge Refunds
Monthly Monitor charges are generally non-refundable after the paid period begins and a scheduled report or account access has been made available. We may review a refund request if a duplicate recurring charge occurs, a paid monthly report cannot be generated, or the service cannot be provided for the paid period.
